Recipe — Dan-dan Noodles
Start a pot of water to boil the noodles
In a serving bowl add...
2 Tbsp Soy sauce
2 Tbsp Black Chinese vinegar
5 cloves Fresh garlic, diced or crushed
1 tsp Sichuan peppers, ground
2 Tbsp Flaming Moon™ spicy mala sauce
1 tsp Sesame oil
When the water starts boiling add one bundle of noodles, then dip out about 1/2 cup of the boiling water and add it to the mixture in the serving bowl.
Boil noodles for 2-3 minutes
When noodles are done, scoop them out and put them into the serving bowl, add diced green onions, mix & eat
Optional: You can add many things to this to make your noodles unique. I sometimes fry up some ground beef or pork to top the noodles with. Sometimes I toss some green veggies in with the noodles while they cook (baby bok choi, cabbage, almost any greens). Be creative.
